Applying to Joshua 1:9 Learning Center, Inc.

All applicants must submit required enrollment forms and documents online. A non-refundable Registration Fee of $150.00 for one child, or $225.00 for a family, is due upon submitting Enrollment forms to hold your child's spot until their enrollment date.

Additional required documentation must be submitted with your online enrollment application. Applications will not be approved without the additional required documents, completed online enrollment application with ALL blanks filled in, and Registration Fee(s) paid in full. Applicants must provide the following list below based upon your child's age/grade level. All documents must be attached using the online enrollment application before submission.

Joshua 1:9 Learning Center Office will contact you within 48 business hours after receipt of your Enrollment Forms to collect your Registration Fee.

Preschool and Pre-K Requirements

Meet age requirements -
- For Preschool: Must be 3 years old by September 1, 2024 to enroll.
- For Pre-Kindergarten: Must be 4 years old by September 1, 2024 to enroll.
Completed Enrollment Application online with ALL required documents submitted.
Copy of Current Immunization Records that are signed by physician AND stamped with clinic information.

(or original notarized copy of immunization affidavit from State of Texas)

Health Statement or letter signed AND stamped by physician stating child is physically and emotionally fit to attend School (please see Preschool/Pre_K forms below for printable Health Statement)
Hearing and Vision Screening Results from physician (age 4 years and older)
Non-refundable Registration Fee of $150.00 for one child or $225.00 for family (must be paid by credit/debit card. No cash or checks accepted).

Once we receive your online Enrollment Application with required documents attached, the Joshua 1:9 Learning Center Office will contact you within 48 business hours to confirm your enrollment and process your Registration Fee.

Private School Requirements (Kindergarten - 7th Grade)

Meet age requirements -
- For Kindergarten: Must be 5 years old by September 1, 2024 to enroll.
- For 1st Grade: Must be 6 years old by September 1, 2024 to enroll.
- For 2nd Grade - 7th Grade: Must be required age to enter grade level by September 1, 2024

Copy of Child's Birth Certificate

Student Records Request Form signed by parent/guardian to obtain records from previous school(s) (for incoming students who previously attended public/private school. Does not apply to incoming Kindergarten or homeschool students with no previous public school attendance)
