Our Pre-Kindergarten Teachers are dedicated to teaching your child age-appropriate concepts for their age. Our Pre-K teachers have been teaching for over 20 years and with their experience, they are able to equip our Pre-K students with the skills to help them transition into and thrive in kindergarten.
Our Pre-Kindergarten students participate in Circle Time each morning. They learn and reinforce the concepts they learned in Preschool and also include learning the Pledge of Allegiance, the Texas Pledge, and Pledge to the Christian Flag. They learn about the weather outside and seasons of the year, plus so much more!
Our Pre-Kindergarten students pray before every meal and snack and learn an age-appropriate weekly Bible story. Pre-K students are introduced to a new Bible story each week. Every Thursday morning, our Pre-K students participate in our school-wide Praise and Worship. This is a time for our students and their families to come together for worship.
Our Pre-Kindergarten Teachers use the Frog Street Press Curriculum in their classes. This curriculum is supplemented with hands-on activities and art projects that center around the topic for the week. Special days and activities are planned around the curriculum the students are learning. These activities can include - Go Texan Day, Construction Week, Manners Banquet, and Fire Safety Week, to name a few. A calendar is sent out at the beginning of each month showing the topics that will be taught each week.
Our Pre-Kindergarten students will participate in outdoor recess twice a day. In case of inclement weather, students will participate in indoor recess.
We offer a morning snack and students are responsible for bringing their own lunch each day. A water bottle labeled with your child's name must be brought to school each day. If you have questions about meals, please send us a message through our Inquiry Form.
Our Pre-Kindergarten students have nap/quiet time each day from 1:40pm - 3:00pm, per our Early Childhood accreditation requirements. Students must bring a crib sheet, blanket, and small pillow (if desired) for use during naptime. If you have any questions about naptime/quiet time, please send us a message through our Inquiry Form.
We are working to provide this service for the 2026-2027 school year. If you have any questions about part time enrollment, please Inquiry Form.
Your child must be 4 years old by September 1st, 2026 to join us for the 2026-2027 school year.
